buildroom is a fully remote, eight-week sprint. you'll meet an exceptional cohort, form a team, build something real, and launch it, all from wherever you are in india.
what the journey looks like.
- week 1
kickoff & team formation
the cohort opens with a live kickoff. everyone gets about ten minutes to share what they're building, what they're into, their passion, and answer a few set questions. you then have the rest of the week to find your people. team formation closes at the end of week 1.
- weeks 2–5
validate & build
start with problem and solution validation, then build the product end to end. there's an optional playbook to follow if you want a structured path, plus weekly accountability and strategy reviews along the way.
- weeks 6–7
pilot & test with real users
get your product in front of pilot users and test it with real people. learn from how they use it, iterate fast, and sharpen toward something worth launching.
- week 8
launch
launch publicly on product hunt or whichever platform fits your product, and present what you built to the cohort and our network.

buildroom is remote, but it isn't passive. the cohort only works if everyone shows up. to get the most out of the room, we ask that you:
- show up for the full eight weeks.
- commit real, consistent hours each week.
- build in public and share progress with the room.
- give as much feedback as you take.
